[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if i see or feel much difference in my shoulders due to spending so much to purchase 2 shirts. Yes, they feel tight on my upper body, but am not seeing much relief. Maybe i am doing something wrong in understanding how often i need to wear the shirts?

I have also noticed that it helps with my posture greatly. Thank you very much!

The short sleeve version has some support to alleviate shoulder pain but it does not perform as well as the long sleeve version. However it is cooler on the body.
