I ordered my husband a size 2x based on that being his size in shirts/undershirts. He stated it was too tight but but felt it did offer some support for his back.

I where Tommy Copper shirts, shorts, quads, knees, calf and ankle supports !!! I could not exercise without them !!!!! I love Tommy Copper products and NOBODY paid me to say this !!! I work as a Chef and spend hours standing and chopping/cutting everything the restaurant needs on a daily basis. I had purchased 2 of these several years ago and was having to do laundry every other day. On days when I do not have the shoulder support shirts on while working I can feel the muscles start to get fatigued as I go through the day. Being 6' 2" tall means a lot of bending to get to the work surfaces. I just received my second pair of shirts and I'm good for the week. I even purchased a lower back support shirt for days when we get deliveries. Thanks Tommie Copper your products made a big difference everyday I'm at work.

Works like a charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have rotator cuff issues in both shoulders. After a long period of babying them I decided to start mild weight training doing very simple barbell and dumbbell curls using modest weight. No lifts are intended to go over the head or place too much stress on either shoulder. The plan is to strengthen them gradually to better support more normal arm usage and increase pain-free range of motion. Normal clothing such as T shirts allowed slight tweaking of the shoulders at times, despite using good form on the limited lifts I use, basically both underhand and overhand curls. The workouts with the Tommie Copper shirt allow me to avoid any tweaking of the areas, which could set back recovery further. I am deeply thankful for such a well designed and wonderful product.
