This shirt is helping with my shoulder issues, I wear a shirt over this shirt to help keep it clean at work,I work in a diecast shop where it's plenty warm and even with the extra shirt, the tommy copper shirt helps keeps me cool. I read in a review before buying that it's hard to get off, I was in agreement till I figured an easier way to get off, I will say if you've been sweating and shirt is wet, let it dry before taking off it's much easier for me anyway. Been wearing shirt for about 4 weeks now and I'm glad I bought it.
