Excellent shirt very well made

I purchased this for my husband he loves it he has a really bad shoulder and this shirt hugs his pain and discomfort. His weight is around 280 so I got him a 2xl it's a perfect fit and design very pleased with order.

Horrible, I sent it back, way too small. I know it should be skin tight, but could not get my head thru the hole. Sent it back said it was too small have not heard back. Please advise

Both my shoulders are bad
