Overall a good support shirt. Reality is if muscles in shoulders have atrophy it doesn’t fit as tightly nor feel like it provides as much support as it would otherwise.

Great product! My wife are frequent mountain hikers so we needed a product that was light weight and supported good posture at the same time. I was surprise at how comfortable the product was and how well it assisted with proper hiking gait.
