I thought this shirt would help with my posture but itI does not seem to help.I believe the mistake was mine.If I had to do it over I would have purchased a second lower back support shirt instead.I really like the way that I feel when I have it on.I would feel guilty returning the shoulder support shirt because the mistake was mine.Thank you.
