Tommie Copper may seem to be expensive at first first blush; but this technology is much better than anything other that I have found along the way. I was a paratrooper for twenty years and I carry with me a lot of pain and aching. I have finally found just the thing for that here. It also improves my comfort in the temperature extremes of southern Georgia. Cool in the summer due to evaporation through nylon, and warm in the winter with long johns over them. Take the plunge and try on a set of socks, bottoms, and top; by doing this, you will finally know comfort that is not in a bottle.

After two shoulder surgeries, and Cervical fusion of C4,5,6. My upper body was weakened and lost composure. This shirt reminded of proper posture and work load lifting and mechanics. Runs tight but I believe this is for support. Depending on your type of work, you will sweat while wearing this. But that is only a minor set back for the support you receive.
