Purchased this shirt when I realized during dance class that I stood with a slight slouch. The first time I wore the shirt I thought it was too tight but got use to it within a few hours. It definitely helped in promoting better posture and now I actually like wearing it. Will probably get another soon.

I bought this shirt for my husband who has Parkinson’s. His posture has gotten more bent over than normal for his age. Several people noticed right away that he was standing more erect right away. Seems to offer good support especially in shoulder area which is what I needed but the sizes run dreadfully small. I'm a little chunky & XL always offered comfortable fit. In this item even 2XL seems awfully small
