According to the sizing, I had to order a size up and I am glad I did. It would have been a tighter fit over the head and upper body. But, once on, it did hug the body but the length was way to long for my body type. I wore it all day because my back was hurting but I did not notice any additional support. My wrap around back brace works better. It is fitted but no support to my back.

I really like these shirts and this is my third. The maroon and black is a nice fall color combination. I find that wearing these while exercising and when participating in back stressing activities and they bring great support and relief. I highly recommend these tops!
