I have a slipped disc

I have a slipped disc in my lower back. I have recently gained weight in my center which has aggrevated it. I work 10 hour days as a waitress and what a miracle this thing is ! It supports my core and I have no pain at all in my back. It even makes you look slimmer. It's so comfortable I don't even think about the fact I'm wearing it. I wish the made one for dual purpose for my shoulders and lower back. Just ordered some more!
