I have been getting shots in my spine for pain, and I thought your products had copper in them to help with the healing process! Instead I read that the copper is only there for Odor Control?! There is no copper infusion in the Garment for the healing process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had heard about Tommie Copper products on t.v, but being a skeptical by nature I wanted to try it first hand! So happy I did! My back used to ache so badly at work, sitting for 6 hours a day, and standing for the last 2 hours, the pain was unbearable!
The first day i wore this shirt, my back was still a bit sore, but the next day it was pain free! I washed it and wore it everyday for the rest of the week, without pain!
It helps my posture and is just the right amount of compression to ease the pain without feeling restricting! I've since ordered 3 more shirts, and other products!
