I have had chronic lower back pain for years! With wearing this shirt, my lower back has felt much better! I feel that this shirt has helped the rest of my body, as it compresses or hugs it. The feature of the rubber bubble panels is also something that I like as it holds the shirt to me so that it doesn't "ride" up. Thank you, for this shirt!!!
