The prInduct needs a better fit. A pocket for the shoulder would make this happen.

Working at it. I use it daily.. recommendation. I believe the shoulder strap should have a built in shoulder pocket.
It would fit more efficiently, allowing the strap to fit around the upper arm nice and tight..

Still unable to tell if product is providing relief. Can not put on product without assistance. Location of light to check that I’ve turned it on can not be seen without a mirror.

Velcro Came Off

I recently purchased the Infrared & Red Light Therapy Shoulder Wrap. After three weeks of use the velcro strip came off and I'm unable to use the device properly at this point. For the price, one would think it would be a more durable product. Regarding the therapy, it definitely will take time but I have noticed some improvement with my shoulder/nerve pain. A major consumer concern based on the cost is whether the product will last long enough to achieve the desired effect. I have reached out to Tommie Copper and will update my review once they've responded.

Shoulder Wrap

I like the results I am getting but the strap that goes around your body is very cumbersome. I have pain in both shoulders and I always have pain in the opposite should when ever I stretch to use the strap. It needs a redesign so that the attachment is in the front no matter which shoulder it is used on. I am 77 years old and not very flexible which makes it even more painful.

My husband and son use this product and sometimes are annoyed when one wants to use it when the other one has it on. Hubby uses it practically every day.
