My biggest issues with this

My biggest issues with this are that it's ill-fitting, very difficult to fasten and is very bulky. After a few days of struggling with it to get it situated on my shoulder, I just gave up. I hadn't noticed any improvement in the pain in my shoulder and, in fact, the difficulty with putting it on just made the pain worse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this for my son but started using myself and love it! My shoulders get tight but on the days I use this red light therapy on my shoulders, they feel so loose and strong. I'm ordering another red light therapy for my parents so they can enjoy the benefits!

Poor Design

The glue that hold the Velcro is weak and comes off of the strap as soon as it's pulled apart. It should be sowed on to prevent this from happening.

I liked the quality of this product and the device provided relief to the pain in my shoulder. But, it was slightly cumbersome to put on. Overall, I am satisfied.

Shoulder wrap

Bought this unit as I have severe shoulder problems. It is VERY DIFFICULT to adjust because the bands come under my arm pit. You need to change how the adjustments are made so it is on the front of the chest so those of us that really need it can easily adjust it .@also very difficult to adjust the bicep t closure as well. I would also like a much longer battery life after charging. Seems a lot of money for what you get and the difficulty in using this product

Doesn’t hold a charge

I’ve had this device for a couple of months now, but the recharging system doesn’t seem to hold a charge. The device only stays on for 10 minutes.
