I haven't had the shoulder wrap very long. It seems to be helping. The only thing I don't like so far. Is it needs to be charged after every couple of uses.

The shoulder wrap has given me relief for my shoulder. I have an injury that has a 50\50 chance of being fixed by surgery. The Tommie copper has given me more mobility than I have had in a long time. I use it 2times a day.

Does not meet expectations.

This shoulder wrap is very difficult to put on and take off, not well designed. The wrap itself is stiff and does not bend to conform to the shoulder properly. There is only one point of contact, and the vast majority of the lights are not in contact with the skin. The idea of infrared light therapy is that the lights need to be close to skin. I have been pressing the wrap with my free hand and holding it there to make better contact, but this is not easy to do for 20 minutes straight. After using this wrap twice a day for two weeks, I have not noticed any improvement in my shoulder whatsoever. I have returned the product for a full refund.

The shoulder wrap works great, but the velcro that holds it on has come off.Haven’t had it but about 4 weeks.
