Helps to ease throbbing pain

I don't feel anything while using the device. there is no change in my shoulder pain. not sure that the device is doing anything. Is it returnable?

Got it for my husband

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it for my husband for Christmas and he read the direction and the only results he would get would be sunburn. The fit was too bulky as for relief, couldn’t tell a difference. We did return it but seems to take a while to get the money back
