[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This should be designed so it can be put on by yourself. The part that goes across your chest hooks up in the back. I have to get someone to hook it up for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I haven't used it enough to comment on the long-term benefits of this device, but thus far I'd have to say it's a quality item. To be fair my shoulder is pretty bad off and this is a less stitch effort to avoid surgery if I can.
