Caused more pain

I only used item once and experienced more pain after so needed to ice. Two medical providers suggested to not use it as it increased my inflammation and stick to ice. Disappointed.

Works Good however made cheap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the first day of use the Velcro on one side fell off. It is only held on with adhesive. I had to sew it back on in order to use it. With that being said the infrared actually works and I have found close to 70% relief. I expected better quality from a reputable company.
