Bought it about one month ago, used it 1-2 times a day, have not noticed any improvement in the shoulder yet. Will update here if any improvement happens.

U need a helper

The straps connect in the wrong place. You cannot connect the straps after you put the unit on. So, you need to connect the straps as loosely as possible. It needs a redesign.

Grateful for the warmth and healing-- but smallish--

First of all, the good part. The red and infrared and warmth really really DO work, and provide undeniable evidence of healing and repair of my tendon and joint damage. Now the difficulty, I don't recall any sizing options? And, although I could be considered large-busted, I am by no means a body builder and also female. Don't know how this would comfortably fit someone who is? It barely reaches around me.

I gave this to my husband for Christmas, and he has already used it to ease the pain in his shoulder. He said it worked to ease the tight muscles and allow him to sit, move, reach without pain.
