I needed to wait three months to get my rd light therapy shoulder wrap.

I have found it to be convenient to use and more effective than a heating pad. Needing it to be placed directly against the skin can be a little inconvenient. But a light weight vest over it solves the problem for me. I’m happy with it so far. After shoulder surgery almost a year ago things weren’t great. But the tommie copper wrap seems to have helped. As with all shoulder wraps trying to get it tight on the top of the shoulder is challenging. Laying on my right side in bed seems to help keep it tight on top of my left shoulder. Something I couldn’t do with a heating pad.

It's not as flexible as I thought it would be. After the 4th time using it the velcro tabs fell off. I glued them back on. The product works fine I like it.

Fix the Straps.

Our only complaint is the straps. My Wife has been diagnosed with Central Sensitization Pain Syndrome. We have been utterly unsuccessful in finding her some relief. Until now. Tommie Copper's Infrared & Red Light Therapy - Shoulder Unit has been a GOD SEND!! It doesn't give total relief, and we have been told nothing will, but the Red Light Therapy 3X Daily has definitely REDUCED her suffering!!! A stated earlier, our Only complaint is the straps. The strap which secures the unit to the shoulder is too big. My Wife is a smaller Woman in the arm & shoulder area. When I tighten the strap, so she gets Maximum benefit, quite few of the "lights" are covered. If the strap is adjusted so all lights are uncovered, she has to lay on the unit to get maximum benefits. The torso strap is just the opposite; the strap is too short. My Wife is, well endowed, and either we crush the "girls" to get the Velcro to grab or leave the strap loose and she lays on the unit. Neither remedy is ideal. I am planning to make an "extension", so the torso strap is comfortable and effective. No, I am NOT going to return the unit as it is the ONLY relief she is able to get for her condition. The Infrared & Red Light Therapy - Shoulder Unit has helped her so greatly, I plan to purchase additional Infrared & Red Light Therapy devices offered by Tommi Copper.

This would be great if in fact it was actually big enough and the Velcro worked better!! Hard to tell if in fact it works since can’t wear it properly
