Failed strap

While the red light part worked the Velcro failed. It seems very unreasonable that I had to pay shipping to return a failed product. You did not offer a replacement which probably would have failed too if the Velcro problem was not addressed.

Helps reduce my shoulder pain

I was skeptical this would work to reduce my shoulder pain but after using it at least 1 time a day, sometimes 2 for the past 3 weeks, I can feel physical results of decreasing the pain. My pain will not go away fully as I require surgery to fix my tears but I needed to try something holistic as I try not to take too many medications and the light therapy wrap helps me achieve that goal.

Less pain

Works great however, a bit difficult to tighten as the shoulders are the painful area and you need to move your shoulders to fasten the straps.
I have noticed less pain and for that I am grateful.
