I waited to respond. Sometimes products work at first simply because you want so badly for them to work. I'm happy to say that my shoulder wrap is still giving me relief from pain. It's also versatile in that I've been able to use it on my elbow and knee. Very pleased with this product.

Have been using it for several weeks and not getting much of a difference in shoulder pain. Wouldn't recommend the significant investment.

A great review from these two customers!!! If you’re suffering from shoulder pain- this is your number one go to!!! Intense therapy for my husband suffering with no cartilage in his right shoulder. Physical therapy, strong medication, and physical constraints have helped, as he has used this infrared technology, it has made such an impact in his healing process. Thank you for your research and development!!! Please continue in your efforts to help others receive relief and healing from chronic pain and distress!! It is much appreciated and revered!!!

Tommie Copper infrared shoulder wrap

I have had issue with the longest strap not working well with the Velcro. I have to turn the strap I’m attaching to inside out and strap to the opposite side to make it stay. Not what I would expect from a brand name that seems to be on a higher standard than most of its competitors. Other than the strap issue it does seem to go off occasionally short of the twenty minutes and it is not related to low battery. Just a couple issues I have had with my experience.

Not a good fit.

Was not a good fit. Stiff material and less than ideal upper body build prevented a fit as shown in the ads. As a result, I had no chance to see if the red light therapy would be beneficial. Got a prompt refund upon return, though return shipping was at my expense.
