I sent the item back

I sent the item back and am waiting for my refund. The shoulder wrap smelled so bad I had to put it in the other side of my house until I shipped it back. I used it one time and saw no appreciable difference in my shoulder pain. Because of the odor which made me nauseous, I did not try it again.
