I actually bought it for my wife for frozen shoulder. It seems to be helping. Frozen shoulder is just a long process. Hopefully as she keeps using it, it will help free her shoulder up.

It actually did not reduce

It actually did not reduce the pain in my knee but made it worse. Application of ice was and is more helpful for relief..

Love it!! Use it every morning as I start my day. Has made a huge difference as I go through my day with less pain and more usable strength. Benefits are cumulative over time. If have to miss a morning treatment my day is just not as easy. I look forward to the soothing heat as fall weather has rolled into Ohio.

I had my doubts about

I had my doubts about the Therapy Shoulder Strap , but believe it or not , it really works . I have a 3.5 centimeter rotator cuff tear , I’m trying to avoid surgery and rehabbing on my own . After working out , I use the strap, and I can feel it deep into the muscles and tendons in my shoulder! Great product!

I gave it a four star because it made my injury hurt more from the heat. The product worked well and fit well. I just need to stick to using ice.

No results so far - no pain relief in shoulders. This item went on sale the day after I purchased it (just hours later), & your company wasn’t willing to give the discount to me when I called. It took over 30 minutes to talk to a customer support person only to get turned away. You lost a customer forever.
