I purchased these two products to assist with back and neck pain, neither did so. . . an earlier, cheaper, purchased device did help. . . it had more settings and seemed to provide a deeper penetration of the red light. I was hoping a more expensive produce would provide an enhanced experience. . . it did not.

Works Pretty Well

I needed the shoulder one which has been out of stock for over a month. I thought I'd buy the pad, same thing. So I thought I might be able to at least hit the spot I needed with the limb. Although I can get the spot, it is quite loose so I figure it would work better if tight. That being said, it does work pretty well. Now that they have the pad back in stock, still not the shoulder, I will order it.

Product stopped working. One row of lights didn’t turn on, and now the second row of lights only come on when the wrap is put into a certain position. Who do I talk with to rectify this situation?

We purchased based on a friends raving review. It did absolutely nothing and was a total waste of money. Unfortunately, we were not able to return it so we are stuck with a new dust collector.

I'm disappointed

I'm thinking of returning this because it's way too big for my calf and also it doesn't hold a charge I can use it once and it's done so that seems not right so yeah I'm not happy with it I do think I might return it.

Easy to use and works well.

This has helped my knee pain, it is very light weight and comfortable. I put it on for 20 minutes at least once a day and after a couple of weeks my pain is gone. I would like to purchase one for my neck soon.

I have had lymphedema in my right arm & have been wearing a compression sleeve for 23 years. I started using the wrap for a 20 minute session just before putting on my sleeve and I believe it makes it easier to get it on.
