Doesn't Work

Doesn't fit properly. I cant walk around with it on, slips down off my knee and leg area. Also not noticing any difference in pain relief.

I have purchased this twice because it works; until all but one of the infrared lights turn on after less than 3 months of use (outside of the warranty time). I want to buy another because it is effective; but I can’t justify spending so much money to replace them so often.

Loose and Fell off Too Much.

The Velcro seemed high-quality, but I used it for my radial tunnel syndrome. It just didn’t stay. I will be returning it. I felt a little bit of heat when the red light was on
