Interesting idea but I have

Not great for petite women.

The band was way too big for me. I’m a petite woman 5’ 1.5” tall. The instructions are mediocre. The Velcro was ruining my clothes.

You can feel the relief

Before I start to do my workout, I will put in on my knee or back. The red light therapy has allowed me to feel stronger as it seems to slow down inflammation and pain. I started putting it on my knee for overnight relief and better sleep quality.

Would not stay charged. The back wrap was not easy to wear. It was stiff and did not touch my skin. I had to lay down for it to touch and feel heat. No t happy with this product. Then had to pay to ship it back !! Sad..
