Still trying to determine the product effectiveness

I am using this for 2 weeks straight however there is no clear way to determine if the product is effective. The wrap itself is not warm /does not emit warmth like a heat pack however the infrared lights are functioning (lit)...just need to wait for healing and recovery to determine if it works...

My 86 year old mother tried it for foot pain. She liked it so much she left my apt with it. Just make sure the light is not blocked when wrapping.

Too soon to tell if

Too soon to tell if this is effective. I purchased the neck therapy and received this as a freebie. I've been using it on my knees after my cycling workouts for recovery and it seems to work. I've also used around my waist for pains and arms. I like that it is easy to walk around with instead of being plugged. Fiance also has a knee issue that may require surgery,
