I went by the size chart and ordered a small women's shirt..it looked like it would fit a child! Sent it back,not sure if I'll try again..was very disappointed, I was hoping it would fit and help my shoulder..only rating it a 2 bc of sizing issue,quality looked great..

Great relief of pain in

Great relief of pain in shoulder after 12hrs of active wearing.
The larger size was tight, but it worked great for pain relief.
Bought XL size. It fit looser and felt good, but did not relieve the pain as much.
Good product.
