Shirt/wondering!

I wasn’t really pleased with the shirt. It was too tight for the size I wear so I thought maybe it was supposed to fit like that. So I’ve worn it twice and to me it hasn’t made a difference. Maybe I don’t know what it is expected to do. I was going to get another one if it worked well for me but I don’t think it made a difference.
