This shirt is exactly what I expected. I think it definitely makes a difference for me in terms of shoulder pain and helping with posture. It can be a little warm if worn as an undershirt, but I don’t find it to be too much of an issue.

I work in the food service industry and there are days that all the prep begins to make for tired muscles in my back. This shirt is ideal. I end my shifts with less tiredness and more energy. Awesome!
