This order came very fast. Wearing this short has helped quite a bit. My shoulder pain is less when I wake up. I wear this shirt at night while I'm sleeping. I am thinking of getting another shirt for my lower back

Not a fan!

Sorry, but I did not feel a difference in my neck muscles after wearing the shirt. It really did not help my posture either. It felt more like a girdle that a compression product.
