Provides good shoulder support. However, I wish there was more compression at the waist and back. This would greatly help with posture and help prevent slouching. And even though it was buy one get one free, they were still pretty expensive. I also had issues with the sleeves riding up. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

The only down side, I am in the military and the neck of the shirt is to high to wear under my shirt. It shows. A fix would be to offer in tan or lower neck. I might try to alter but not sure if that will alter how it works.

I was expecting better, especially for the price of the shirts. The women's sleeves are way to short and they bunch up under the armpit. The rough stiching causes friction burns. I love this support the shirt gives and the material feels nice on the skin. I had to ship all the shirts back costing me $17.00 and nothing to show for it.
