I bought a couple of these shirts for my workouts. I guess I didn't measure correctly because my shirts are a bit snug around the chest. The sleeves are also a bit tight. Altogether though these shirts tend to pull the shoulders back, which is the whole point of the shirt. I recommend these shirts, but make sure you double check your measurements before ordering.
