This product really does work. If you have difficulty lifting your arms or pulling items over your head this can be difficult. ALL the TommieCopper items are snug [tight] always order up sizes or you will never get them on. Once on, you will not relieve how great they are.

just bought two shirts for shoulder pain. Based on reviews I bought a size larger. Fabric and workmanship outstanding. Neck is high, especially as the weight of the lycra support panel pulls shirt down in back and tighter around the neck the longer you wear it. Shoulders are loose, wished they were made with more compression to hold shoulder joints in place. Otherwise, I'm happy to have it in my wardrobe and will buy again.

They are nice shirts. I ordered a black and a white shirt. They place a little bit of pressure on the shoulders to make you stand straighter. Both shirts were ordered in the same size but one is larger than the other. Not a big problem but slightly disappointing. Keeping them both though.

I bought the shirt hoping to help with the pain in my back and shoulders. I bought the small because that's the smallest size they offer and most of the reviews said they run small. I paid for 3-5 day shipping hoping it would arrive in time for a certain occasion. It took 9 business days to arrive, which was three days too late. And then unfortunately, because I am so small, the shirt had very little compression and the collar bunched because it was too big. I ended up returning it. I really liked the way it felt with the little compression it gave and the material seemed like great quality. I would definitely buy another one if they offered it in an xs or even in youth sizes.
