I hope I can exchange it. I bourght the Women's Pro-Grade Shoulder Centric Support Shirt in white XL. It's too big. I think I'll need a large if it is to help me at all. It's much too loose.

I bought this for my elderly mother who has neck and shoulder pain on a regular basis. She wears it often and has even slept in it. Her only complaint is that the bottom half isn't as snug as the top half.

I have had some pretty severe shoulder pain due to a pinched nerve. I've been to doctors, chiropractors, massage therapists and physical therapy with little results from each. I ordered two of these as a last ditch effort before just living with the pain for the rest of my days and it really seemed to help!! My only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I cannot wear a lot of my work clothes with this under it because of the high neck line and that may be because of how it needs to sit to give the proper support, but I am happy with it!!

Although the shirt is just a tad tight, I love the support it gives my back. I bought this because next month I will be hiking around Iceland and wanted some back support. That will be the true test. I have two tanks and absolutely love them. Wish they came in more summer colors.
