I too bought one to two sizes larger but it was too tight in the torso and gapped above the shoulders. Normally a small or Med. Disappointed since it sounded like a great idea.

The shirt does what it says it does. i’ve worn the shirt twice. It definitely keeps your posture straighter. It’s a little snug for breathing and that’s why I didn’t give it a five.

I ordered size small - it's the size I normally wear - and it fit me as expected. Somewhat form fitting but not too tight. The area along the shoulder blades doesn't have much stretch so it does lend support to the upper back. If I slouch then it becomes tight and giving me a subtle hint to stand straight. The fabric is kind of heavy so it may be too hot for the summer months. I plan to order a 2nd one since I like the way it feels.

Love what it does except the fit. It's a bit too tight in the arm pits that rub me raw if I wear the shirt for activities. At work, it's just fine. The neck also gapes in the back. So for a perfect fit, you should have a bigger neck & no fat in your arm pits. Lol But I do love how it makes me keep my posture correct.

Snug fit, I wouldn't wear without another top over. It must be tight to do the job. I don't think I could wear in warm weather though, very warm. But I'll try it when our weather gets warmer.

I was really looking forward to this shirt because I spend most of the day sewing. And thought this would give some relief to my shoulders. The shirt just didn’t fit right! The neck gaped and the arm cycle was too tight. I really wanted to take it apart and make it. The lenght came to right above my knee I am 5’2. It was a poor fit all around. I was really disappointed.
