I didn't think id like this shoulder centric support shirt, but I do. Its Nice & Comfortable! It really does help with my posture as well! The reason for 4 stars is I still have to see how it handles washing, etc...
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought one of these, sort of as an experiment. I work from home on the computer and my shoulders and neck get sore because of my posture. This shirt helps in a huge way to gently remind me to sit better and keep my arms at a more positively good ergonomic posture. I liked it so much, I ordered 2 more for me, and 2 for my husband! Wish the white ones had been available. Black in AZ? Good thing the shirt breathes well!

Shirt Rides UP

I've had this shirt for two weeks & worn it about 5 times. While I love the compression on my upper back & shoulders, the sleeves are a bit too short...they need to be one to two inches longer. The shirt is long comes down over hips which I do love, but as soon as I move the shirt rides up all the way to my waist. So I get no benefit from the length. This shirts needs something inside the hem that helps it grip fabric to help hold it in place. I've read a few reviews that share the same problem with riding up & other reviews that have problems with sleeves being too short. I wish they could remake this shirt with sleeve correction & something to hold the shirt length in place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
