I’ve only worn the shirt for a week but already I can say that my upper back immediately feels better as soon as I put it on. It keeps me from slouching so much! Don’t know if it’s the compression or the copper ...maybe both! I’m 62 and already am starting to get a dowagers hump! Yikes! I wear it under my clothes like an undershirt. The shirt definitely helps me hold my shoulders back! I’m ordering another!

When I looked at this shirt, I had my doubts!! But I was willing to try anything to help with the pain. After wearing my shirt all night, I could tell some difference. But after wearing it for the next day, I could really tell a difference!!!
