I like the shoulder support of this shirt. The size was true to my other clothing sizing. The only complaint, which I also saw mentioned in other reviews is the sleeves. They need to be about an inch longer so that the hem stitching doesn’t ride up to the sensitive tissue of your arm pit. It is very irritating after a short period of wear. The seam thread is course and abrasive. I also purchased a lon sleeve shirt, The seams on the long sleeve are also rough, but the length of the sleeves stop them from riding up into the armpit, and the cuff is at the wrist so it is not as abrasive.

This is the 2nd shirt I bought. Different color this time. I have a new problem with my spine. This shirt (shoulder) helps tremendously. I'd also like to get it in a V-neck. I would never have imagined a shirt could help me so much.

After checking out the sizing chart, it indicated I should purchase a small. I knew that couldn't be right so I ordered a medium. Unfortunately, the medium was too small as well. The seam under the arms cuts into my armpits. Reordered a large, hoping that will resolve the issue.
