Good for getting my shoulder back

Helps with getting my shoulder back but had to work my way up to wearing all day as it took me that long to get use to the support in the shirt. Once I have retrain my muscles I won't have to wear everyday but maybe only a couple days a week.

This is a nice support that helps your shoulders stay back and or reminds me to stand up straighter while giving support to my lower back. I wear it when I'm standing for longer periods of time. Beware though as it shows all the extra "love handles!" Just don't look in the mirror - instead put your shirt over it fast!!!

As soon as she got it, she tried it on and said it fit perfect which tells me the sizes run a little small for the older woman. She loves the shirt.
