I am a smal-busted medium top woman. Based on the reviews, I bought a medium and it is a bit tight. It feels supportive in the shoulders and upper back as anticipated and I'll be able to wear it around the house. But it's too small in the middle and hips to wear it comfortably in public. I DO feel my shoulders being "encouraged" to not slouch.

I’m a medium by the size chart, but it didn’t provide adequate shoulder support. A small works well, but has to be worn without a bra to avoid uncomfortable tightness under the arms. It’s super form fitting and not something I’d ever wear alone. But it reduces shoulder pain when worn under another shirt.

I bought this for my wife who has shoulder and neck soreness. She loves it and says it helps support her shoulders and neck and posture all at the same time. Probably will need to buy her another in black.

The sizes are wrong. The size I got was a size bigger than I would normally get and its still too small. So unfortunately I have to give this a very low score all around since I can't wear it.
