My Best Friend could not fit this so she gave it to me.
It's hard to take off because it is the Best Support I have ever had for my 30 plus year Aching Back from Being a Nurse, RN and being a Superhero! LOL!

I bought this because with my RA my shoulders often hurt and every shoulder compression I've found uses Velcro and chafs the under arms. Disappointingly the compression doesn't extend the full width of the shoulders

There is a lack of shoulder support if you carry your weight up high. If your in shape and have good posture like the TV ad shows then I’m sure this is a great product for you. I on there other hand I am 5 lbs over weight tried this shirt on and felt no support and was extremely hot. I would not recommend this product.

I bought the short sleeve shoulder support hoping that it would help to relieve muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders. I’m thankful to say that with the tight fit and support, it immediately helps to calm my muscles. It’s lightweight and fits below the hips. I am short with a medium build, so I bought a small. It fits very snuggly but not uncomfortable. I will purchase a medium the next time and hope I get the same result.
