This shirt helps me be conscious of my posture all the time I have it on. That is so helpful especially when sitting at my desk! I think it is helping me develop muscle memory of good posture that will carry over even when I am not wearing the shirt.

Couldnt get it past my elbows. There was no extra large sizes. The L i got just didnt fit. Item was hood quality however. Would purchase again if there was a larger size. Had to return shirt and another $4.50 for shipping.
