Bought a t shirt for my mother for back pain relief. My mother is a relatively small woman, but after hearing from other people who have bought from this company (I should have listened to them) I knew the sizing was ridiculous. Against my better judgment, I bought the shirt. In XL. My mother usually wears an M. This shirt (in XL) was SO SMALL my 12 year old nephew couldn't even wear it. Again, my mother is not a large woman, but good lord. I hope you all know that brands like this are the reason women have body image issues. Again, just to be clear: Your EXTRA LARGE SHIRTS won't even fit a 12 year old boy. Let alone a woman who may have breaststroke. I know this review will never see the light of day, but if some potential buyer should chance to see it, please beware and please know there is nothing wrong with your body. There is just A LOT wrong with a company that sizes clothes they way this one does.

This is my second week wearing the shoulder support shirts. I bought them to correct my posture. The tension in my shoulders was so great that they were actually staying in a bunched position. Most of the problem was from working at a computer all day.
I felt relief after the first day wearing the shirt. I could tell that by keeping my shoulders correctly aligned, my back was able to relax.
I would recommend this to anyone who wants relief from neck and shoulder pain. The shirts are really helping to correct my posture.

Most of the reviews I read sounded positive so that led me to purchase the shirt in hopes that it would give good support thorough the shoulders. It did nothing to give the feel of support in the shoulders as was stated. Very overpriced for the product and expensive shipping plus they do not pay for shipping to return. Therefore, wasted money to try the product. Think twice before purchasing!!

I was hoping it would give me more support with my shoulders, but i do get support with my upper back. I have severe arthritis and my posture makes it worse. I would recommend the shirt to people with upper spine issues, but not for shoulder support.
