I bought this shirt last week and used today. As soon as I put it on, my posture looked better. It does a great job keeping my shoulders where it's supposed to be.
I used for yoga today and it was great. The only thing that I noticed is that it is a bit hot. Since it's winter, it kept me warm while walking to yoga. But there I was hot. Curious how it will behave in a more intensive class or during the summer. Let's wait and see. But for now I am. Loving it.

I was very impressed when this purchase arrived. Fits great. I wear a large so I ordered a large...it fit just fine. Very true to size for me. Very sturdy and well constructed material. Only problem was three days later they did a bogo...I could of had two!
