I was skeptical this would help with the pain going across my upper back. I was totally wrong, within two days I moving around painless, my posture being corrected, and my lower back has relief also. I only wished this came in a sleeveless tee. I’d love to wear it all day. I’m 72 and moving like I’m in my 50’s again.

It is very charming and attractive and I've worn it a couple of times does help support my shoulders and my back I have spinal stenosis. But it seems to ride up on the shoulders and neck I have to keep pulling it down

ALL of the different bras and shirts that were ordered by me in this past year have been tremendously helpful.for a person who has had eight spinal surgeries due to spinal stenosis. More importantly, they were easy to put on and take off even with arthritic hands. The comfort level is off the charts with the.additional support allowing for a more upright stance..
I have tried other compression shirts and while comfortable enough to wear, they did not help with standing,, walking, and endurance like Tommie Copper does. It is well worth the extra cost to be able to do things and go places I haven't been able to do for years Thank you, Tommie Copper, for having a wonderful line-up of amazing items to help someone like my.
