I am truly happy that I tried theTOMMIE Copper brand. I have purchased most of the women’s products. I am pleased with them all. The items really help with the aches and pains. The products hold up well in the laundry. I really appreciate all the sales!

not as good as I had hoped

I ordered a small and a medium and kept the small. It's tight, but that's what it's supposed to be. The fabric is nice but the shirt doesn't actually help my posture/upper back. I was hoping the shirt would remind me to keep my shoulders back,. It does to a certain extent. I'm doing upper back exercises (found on youtube) and that's what is helping me. I've had this shirt for 3 months so I could give a complete review.

I'm not sure how tight

I'm not sure how tight it needs to be to be effective. I returned a medium for a size large. the large still seems pretty tight. I ordered the medium per the sizing guide for bust size. I'm not sure if the extra-large would help my posture and support my back as I often get back aches?
