The short sleeve shoulder support shirt does help a little with posture, not as much as I would like though. It helps my back have less pain. I am not used to tight clothes, but I wear them under my uniforms at work.

I started out with the medium that fit well except for the bagging at the neckline back. then I went to a small which was a tad better but not good.
