The shoulder support shirt helps my shoulder tremendously - I have purchased several of these and it helps to keep my pain at bay. This I would recommend if you are having shoulder pain. I can raise my arm and when I get ready to clean my home I put my shirt on and I am good to go. It really helps me

Expensive and doesn’t work. Used to keep from hurting neck, back, and shoulders from outdoor work. The shirt didn’t prevent my back from hurting.
